At APS the marketing department has achieved unprecedented success within a very short span of time. We believe our strength lies in understanding the doctors and patients and communicating with them in a language they relate to best.

Apart from marketing our own brands we also manufacture products on 3rd party and loan license basis and Exports.

Inspection & Quality Audits

Self-inspection and Quality Audit is carried out with the objective to detect any shortcomings in the implementation of cGMPs and recommending the necessary corrective actions. There is a team of quality assurance manager, production manager, engineering head and concerned departmental head for self-inspection. Such inspections are carried out as per defined procedure.

Vendor Development

All materials are procured from approved vendors. In case of a new supplier, audit of the site is undertaken by the quality assurance manager, technical and commercial strengths of the supplier are judged using standard checklist. Apart from this, there is a system for routine audits / assessment of existing suppliers on continuous basis.
